To manually Import Transactions Into QuickBooks Online With a CSV or Similar File, you need to import credit card transactions into QuickBooks desktop, you will have to enter credits manually. When prompted to choose bank account, choose Use an existing QuickBooks account if the account is already set up or Create a new QuickBooks account if it's not yet added. If you want to download transactions of more than 90 days then you need to import your transaction in Excel format (CSV or xls file).
